Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust, without wearing a bra or clothing. Keep the tape measure level and snug, but not tight.
weist
Measure around your natural waistline, which is about 4 cm (1.5 inches) above your belly button. Keep the tape measure snug but comfortable and parallel to the floor.
hips
Measure around the area where your bikini bottom sits, approximately 6 cm (2.5 inches) below your belly button. Keep the tape measure snug and level, avoiding measuring around the fullest part of your hips or buttocks.
