MUMSHANDMADE reserves the right to unilaterally modify or renew the present terms and conditions of transactions made through its online store. Trading Privacy
Confidentiality is self-evident. The same basic principles that apply to classical transactions apply to e-commerce. All information transmitted by the user/member to "MUMSHANDMADE" is confidential and "MUMSHANDMADE" has taken all necessary measures to use it only to the extent necessary in the context of the services provided. Specifically during the credit purchase process, you are automatically transferred to a secure server at Piraeus Bank. All your card details are protected with an encryption algorithm. Piraeus Bank and MUMSHANDMADE are committed to securing the completion of your transactions.
Subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy chapter, you may request any information that is kept for you and correct it in the event that you can substantiate an error. For your own safety, you should also treat all information provided through the service as confidential and confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

ii. MUMSHANDMADE has the right at any time to refuse your request to limit the processing or deletion of your personal data if the processing or maintenance of the data is necessary to establish, exercise or uphold its legal rights or fulfil its obligations.
iii. Exercising the right to portability (above under f) does not imply deletion of data from the 'MUMSHANDMADE' archives, subject to the conditions set out in the preceding paragraph.
iv. The exercise of the above rights is valid for the future and does not apply to data processing already performed.

How to order
Orders are placed online by you through the online store at www.mumshandmade.com. Your identification is required with your personal password (email) and your personal security password (password)

Shipping
Most international orders are being shipped by UPS, FEDEX or DHL. While shipping by these safe courier companies, PO Boxes are not an option. Upon customer’s request and responsibility, Mumshandmade will ship a parcel with normal Post ELTA. Customer will receive an email from Mumshandmade providing with tracking details. Customer has to responsibly follow the parcel's trip. Customer will also receive several shipping emails from the transportation company. If any false shipping details appear, customer must contact the transportation company local office to provide any different shipping information. Mumshandmade is not able to apply any changed to these details once the order is dispatched. For international orders, please note that MUMSHANDMADE is not responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays.
Shipping in Greece is being perfectly handled by ACS courier while Russian, Belarus and Ukrainian orders are now paused due to the current unpleasant war situation. Russian orders are normally being shipped by UPS or ELTA Normal Post. Once a parcel arrives in Russia with ELTA POSTAGE , it is not yet in our powers to locate it or know any further details about its delivery date. Customer has to contact Russian Post to ask for additional details. Any shipping might also be done via UPS or ELTA Normal Post if any issues appear due to the unfortunate situation of Covid-19. At any case, Mumshandmade is providing tracking details for all shipments. Mumshandmade is not responsible for any latencies during this difficult times of Covid-19.
If at any case a customer provides shipping details that apply on a hotel or rental houses or villas, Mumshandmade is not responsible for lost parcels or late deliveries and if a customer leaves the hotel because his/her stay is over before tha parcel arrives, Mumshandmade is again not responsible and will not procceed to any refunds.

Free shipping promotions are automatically being applied at shopping bag page. Free shipping over ammount will apply for the total order price and after any other discount promotional codes entered.
The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.
If at any case, a customer refuses to receive a parcel and it is marked as "not reclaimed" by the transportation company, Mumshandmade will not refund any amount of the total price including shipping costs. Same appllies to cases where customers refuse to pay their taxes at their country's customs.

Payment methods
The main payment methods are:
a) via credit, debit and prepaid Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners
b) using the Masterpass electronic wallet
c) Apple Pay
d) Paypal
In addition to the main payment methods, additional payment methods may also be available in some cases. In rare cases (such as system upgrades) one of the main payment methods may be temporarily unavailable. In any case, you can see the payment methods available to you and choose between them before submitting your order.

Product replacement policy
Replacement of products is possible only after contacting "MUMSHANDMADE" and within 24 hours of their receipt at any case.
The new product or new products you choose should have a total value equal to or greater than the total value of the products to be returned. The products to be returned must be in perfect condition without being worn. Customer must provide return shipping details to Mumshandmade within 24 hours of contact. Return and shipping costs are borne by the customer. Mumshandmade will charge 20% of the item cost to be able and pay the knitter for her job. Mumshandmade offers a made to order service so any item retunred will stay on the shelf.
If any customer wishes to replace an item for more than one time, Mumshandmade will charge 70% of the total price of the item to be returned. Customers outside Europe (Russia,UK,Australia,USA,Canada etc.) don't have the right of replacement due to extremely high charges on duties at Greek customs.
Not all of the above applies to swimwear. Swimsuits are considered to be underwear and for hygiene purposes no refunds or changes will apply. Because we don't have many kid size orders to prepare, kids size items can't be returned or replaced at any case.
All Mumshandmade garments are being made by human hands and this is a priceless craftmanship so we expect a level of responsibility from our customers, we take our work seriously and so should they. 
Any replacement will be processed as a new order that Mumshandmade team will create and therefore will take a new order of priority.

Order modification policy
Alteration of product attributes (color, size) after submitting an order is only possible for the same product, given the fact that this new attribute is available for this specific product. The user has to declare his wish via email within 30 minutes of submitting the order. If the 30-minute period expires, the alteration can only be made at a charge of €35 for each product that changes. Mums offer a made to order service. When you place an order, 3 Mums start knitting your item around Greece. So, €35 is a fair and reasonable fee to cover their shipping costs of sending the canceled item back to our facility and get yarns to make the new one. In any of these cases, the original order is canceled, a new order is created and therefore takes a new order of priority.

Pre-Order Policy
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions govern the placing of pre-orders with Mumshandmade. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Mumshandmade products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

• Price & Payment: You will be charged the full Price of the products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.
• Delivery Schedule: Although we will make efforts to begin delivering products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Mumshandmade does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment is not met, Mumshandmade is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order about its status.
• Cancellation: “Customised” or “Made by Order” Pre-orders, cannot be cancelled and are not eligible for refund or exchange. If Mumshandmade cancels your pre-order you will receive a full refund of the Purchase Price without interest.

• Coupons/discount codes: No discount coupons apply. 

Order cancellation policy
Any order can be canceled and refunded free of charge, only after you have stated your wish by email to "MUMSHANDMADE" and strictly within 30 minutes of submission. After this period of time, we ship yarns to the knitters and the knitting process of the item purchased begins. We expect a level of responsibility from our customers, we take our work seriously and so should they. If the 30 minutes period ends, any order can be canceled but mumshandmade will refund only the 75% of the final pirce of the order including shipping costs. Mumshandmade will charge 25% of the total cost of the order to be able and pay the knitter's work so far and the transportation costs of the yarns sent to the knitter.

Refundable returns
Refundable returns are not acceptable. In the unlikely event of receipt of the wrong product, you must notify 'MUMSHANDMADE' within 12 hours of receipt to initiate the process of returning the product to 'MUMSHANDMADE' and refunding it to you. We are real people, a team of mothers, we knit by our real hands and we are not machines. Please be aware of this before ordering and choose your unique knit very carefully.

If at any case, a customer refuses to receive a parcel or a parcel returns to Mumshandmade marked as "not reclaimed" by the transportation company, when this parcel arrives back to the headquarters facility, Mumshandmade will only refund a 30% of the total price of the product and shipping costs are not to be returned. All customers have the right to ask for new shipment of the item but new shipping charges will apply.

If at any case, a customer refuses to receive or refuses to pay taxes at customs, then it is possible that the parcel will be destroyed according to several countries regulations. When a parcel is destroyed at customs, Mumshandmade will not be able to refund any amount to the customer.

If at any case, any courier company claims a parcel as "lost" or any other problem appears at transportation, after a requested investigation from Mumshandmade, then Mumshandmade will ask for customer's understanding and will replace the item as soon as possible. No refunds will apply.

Our knits are all bespoke and therefore cannot and should not be returned. We expect a level of responsibility from our customers, we take our work seriously and so should they. In any case, the issue is decided on a case by case basis so no general exception to the above exists at the moment. We promise to take into account any requests and consider them in the outmost seriousness.

Custom Shopping Bags
Each custom shopping bag includes items matched together by our stylists and no changes of colours, sizes or designs can be done. Items purchased through custom shopping bags, cannot be refunded, returned or changed. These are specific orders and no modifications are accepted.

Custom Orders
If at any case a customer wishes to place a custom order in order to achieve the perfect size or any other specification of personal interest, she/he should contact Mumshandmade by sending an email at hello@mumshandmade.com. Each custom order will be charged with an extra fee which applies to the new pattern that a knitter will have to design for a different size or any other specification. Mumshandmade team will provide all additional details about these charges by replying to customer's email. Items purchased through custom orders, cannot be refunded, returned or changed. These are specific orders and no modifications are accepted. Mumshandmade will provide details about measurements of the usual size for any item of the website to make sure if the customer will need to place a custom order or not. Coupons/discount codes: No discount coupons apply.

Prices
All prices quoted for the products available at www.mumshandmade.com include VAT. For international orders, please note that MUMSHANDMADE is not responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays. Prices quoted for products might change anytime. At any case any product is on sale, no promotional codes are applicable and mumshandmade will not refund the discounted ammount at orders placed before the promotional sales.

Colors and Wool
Please note that all colours might differ a little bit from the website photos. This happens due to the professional lighting on our studio which is brighter than the natural lights. At any case, if a customer wishes to purchase a colour that is not already available for a specific item, a colour that doesnt already belongs to the existing collection, Mumshandmade can and will place a custom order. For every additional colour, customer will be asked to pay a fee of 30 euros. Furthermore, color hues might differ due to different prodution lines, which means that one item in one specific color might differ a little bit from another item at the same color. This happens because wool production and dying cannot be 100% accurate due to paint pigments and different wool mixes. Additionally, wool touch or thickness might also differ for exaclty the same reasons. For example, one item in one specific color might be softer, thinner or thicker because of paint pigments. Wool is a natural porduct and no human can ever be 100% specific for its color, touch or thickness. 

Product Preparation
Products "made by order" as most of Mumshandmade items are, need some days to be completed which may vary from 1 to 13 business days, depending on product's type and the current workload. These days are only related to the duration of the products' knitting or crocheting, they are defined by the company and should not be confused with the days regarding the shipping method selected by the customer.
If anytime a celebrity/personality wears and promotes a Mumshandmade item on social media, the knitting timeframe mentioned above is not valid. The waiting time for knitting process can not be calculated and it depends on the volume of orders pending.
Mumshandmade can and might apply small design changes to any piece, in order to upgrade and make each garment reach perfection in fitting terms.
The packaging of the products is likely to include the addition of natural aromatic essential oil of levander or cotton. Please inform us for any allergies.
Some items might be packed in vaccum bags. This way we save space and use less paper boxes. Customers can re-use these vaccum bags or recycle them with plastics.

Sustainability
Making everything with environmental responsibility in mind, we use low-impact yarns, always guided by the spirit of making more from less. All products are sustainable and feel good for your skin and the planet. We use revolutionary yarn solutions that are mainly composed of natural recycled wool, recycled cotton, recycled acrylic and vegan plant dyes. Sustainable thinking is at the heart of everything we do and the only way we know.

Force majeure
If due to force majeure it is not possible to ship the products within the prescribed time, you will be notified by e-mail. "MUMSHANDMADE" is not responsible for any situation that is beyond its own responsibility and will do everything humanly possible for your convenience.

Final terms
All disputes arising from the use of the present website, e-shop and anything related to the sale of goods or services vie the above is under the exclusive jurisprudence of the courts of Thessaloniki. Use of the site, e-shop and services offered thereof constitutes consent to the above terms individually or as a whole
