Most international orders are being shipped by UPS, FEDEX or DHL. While shipping by these safe courier companies, PO Boxes are not an option.

Upon customer’s request and responsibility, Mumshandmade will ship a parcel with normal Greek Post "ELTA". Customer will receive an email from Mumshandmade providing tracking details. Customer has to responsibly follow the parcel's trip at all shipments. Customer will also receive several shipping emails from the transportation company. If any false shipping details appear, customer must contact the transportation company local office to provide any different shipping information. Mumshandmade is not able to apply any changes to these details once the order is dispatched.

For international orders, please note that MUMSHANDMADE is not responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays.
Shipping in Greece is being perfectly handled by ACS courier while Russian, Belarus and Ukrainian orders are now paused due to the current unpleasant war situation. Russian orders are normally being shipped by UPS or ELTA Normal Post. Once a parcel arrives in Russia with ELTA POSTAGE , it is not yet in our powers to locate it or know any further details about its delivery date. Customer has to contact Russian Post to ask for additional details.

At any case, Mumshandmade is providing tracking details for all shipments.

Mumshandmade is not responsible for any latencies due to weather difficulties or any other matter while the parcel is being handle by courier service companies or post.

If at any case a customer provides shipping details that apply on a hotel or rental houses or villas, Mumshandmade is not responsible for lost parcels or late deliveries and if a customer leaves the hotel because his/her stay is over before the parcel arrives, Mumshandmade is again not responsible and will not proceed to any refunds.

Free shipping promotions are automatically being applied at shopping bag page.
Free shipping over amount offers will apply to the total order price and after any other discount promotional codes entered.
The purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, and other governmental charges, which are Buyer’s responsibility.

If at any case, a customer refuses to receive a parcel and it is marked as "not reclaimed" by the transportation company, Mumshandmade will not refund any amount of the total price including shipping costs. Same applies to cases where customers refuse to pay their taxes at their country's customs.

Any product will be shipped by method chosen by customer but first Mumshandmade team will take some time for knitting process. All Mumshandmade garments are being knitted after customer places an order. 

ANY DAYS  RELATED TO THE DELIVERY OPTION, CONCERN EXCLUSIVELY THE DURATION OF THE SHIPMENT, EXCLUDING THE  PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT.
