Shipping

Most international orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Please note that these courier services do not support shipping to PO Boxes.

At the customer’s request and responsibility, Mumshandmade can ship orders via regular Greek Post ("ELTA"). Customers will receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched. It is the customer’s responsibility to track the parcel and follow its journey using the tracking information provided. Customers will also receive multiple shipping updates directly from the courier company. If any shipping details appear incorrect, customers must contact the local office of the transportation company to update the information. Mumshandmade is unable to modify shipping details once the order has been dispatched.

For international orders, please be aware that Mumshandmade is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance. Delivery times are subject to customs processing times and other potential delays.

In Greece, shipments are handled by ACS Courier. Please note that due to the ongoing conflict, shipments to Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine are temporarily paused. For Russian orders shipped via ELTA Post, Mumshandmade cannot track or locate parcels once they are in Russia, and customers must contact Russian Post for additional delivery details.

Mumshandmade provides tracking details for all shipments, but is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or other external factors while the parcel is in the hands of the courier service.

If a customer provides shipping details for a hotel, rental house, or villa, Mumshandmade is not responsible for lost parcels or delayed deliveries. Additionally, if the customer leaves the location before the parcel arrives, Mumshandmade will not offer any refunds or replacements.

Free shipping promotions are automatically applied on the shopping bag page. Free shipping offers are valid on the total order price after any applicable discounts or promotional codes are applied.

Please note that the purchase price does not include import duties, taxes, transfer fees, or other governmental charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

If a customer refuses to accept a parcel or it is marked as "not reclaimed" by the courier company, Mumshandmade will not refund the total price of the order, including shipping costs. The same applies if a customer refuses to pay import taxes at customs.

All Mumshandmade garments are made-to-order, and the knitting process begins after the customer places an order. The delivery time provided refers solely to the shipping duration and does not include the time required for the product’s preparation.

ABOUT PRODUCT PREPARATION

MUMSHANDMADE PRODUCTS ARE MADE-TO-ORDER:

• Production time is 1 to 13 business days, depending on product and workload.
• This timeframe applies only to knitting/crocheting, not shipping.
• If a product is promoted by a celebrity or public figure, production times may be longer due to demand.
• Made-to-order items are personalized; customers accept the size offered unless a custom size is requested before ordering.
• Mumshandmade may make small design adjustments to improve fit and quality.

SCENTING & PACKAGING (LUSH COSMETICS COLLABORATION):

• As part of our collaboration with Lush Cosmetics (cruelty-free, animal-friendly), the outer packaging of our products is lightly scented using Lush fragrances for a signature unboxing experience.
• The knit itself is NOT sprayed with perfume and is NOT treated with fragrance.
• Any scent comes only from the packaging and fades easily after airing out or a gentle wash.
• Customers with allergies or scent sensitivities can request unscented packaging before placing an order.

ADDITIONAL PACKAGING DETAILS:

• Some items may be shipped in vacuum bags to reduce waste.
• These bags can be reused or recycled.
